Endorses Spiker
The RLACEI Executive Board endorses Ken Spiker who is running for another term as Commissioner of the LACERS Board of Administration. Ken has served as an elected Member since July 1, 1995 .
Ken served 28 years with the City and retired as the Chief Legislative Analyst. He has served as a Director of RLACEI since January 1994, and currently serves as 2nd Vice President and Chairman of the Legal and Legislative Committee.
Ken is President of Ken Spiker & Associates, Inc., Governmental Consultants. Ken served 3 years during WWII as an Army Pilot. After serving 28 years with the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he retired as Lt. Colonel. He attended USC, majoring in Public Administration.
Ken’s knowledge of political processes is of great assistance to our association as we work to improve and maintain retirees’ benefits. When you get your ballots, about May 15th, PLEASE VOTE FOR KEN SPIKER!
